Dean Stewart Ed.D

As the founder of Stratégie LLC and Ascent Leadership, Dr. Dean Stewart is a trusted strategic leadership consultant serving organizations across North America. His work spans executive leadership development, strategic planning, and organizational transformation—including notable collaboration with the Green Bay Packers. In recognition of his impact, he was honored as the Most Valuable Mentor (MVM) in 2020 for his work in the Green Bay Packers Mentor-Protégé Program.

Dr. Stewart holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (minor in History) from St. Norbert College, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, and a Doctor of Education from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. He also completed advanced studies in Design Thinking through MIT.

His professional journey includes leadership roles across sales, marketing, operations, and executive management in industries ranging from building materials and renewable energy to higher education and organizational development. This diverse background informs his practical, results-oriented approach to leadership and strategy.

Outside of his professional work, Dean is an avid traveler, reader, and crossword enthusiast. He resides in De Pere, Wisconsin, with his wife Annie, and treasures time at their cottage with their four adult children, their spouses, and two grandchildren.

Katie Schlueter M.S.

With a professional foundation in Elementary and Middle Childhood Education, Katie has always been passionate about guiding others toward growth and success. Her natural ability to teach, organize, and inspire found new expression through a personal transformation that led her to CrossFit—and ultimately to her calling in the fitness and wellness industry.

In 2017, Katie earned her CrossFit Level 1 certification and began coaching group classes, personal training clients, and providing nutrition guidance within the community she had grown to love. She has worked with individuals across the full spectrum of ability—from beginners taking their first steps toward health to competitive athletes striving for peak performance. Leveraging her strengths in organization and strategic planning, she has led numerous nutrition and wellness initiatives, including co-creating and directing the Green Bay area’s only outdoor CrossFit competition, hosting more than 150 athletes and 300 spectators.

Driven by her commitment to lifelong learning and a desire to deepen her impact, Katie earned her Master’s degree in Applied Exercise Science from Concordia University Chicago. In 2023, she further advanced her expertise by earning her CrossFit Level 2 certification, USA Weightlifting Level 1 Coach certification, and Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism certification.

With expanded knowledge and a vision to reach more individuals, Katie launched I Can I Will, a remote nutrition and fitness coaching practice dedicated to empowering clients at every stage of life. Through personalized coaching and practical accountability, she helps individuals build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits that last.

Katie resides in Green Bay with her husband, Joe, and their two wonderful children.
