The Council meets bi-monthly (six times per year), providing a consistent rhythm for connection, reflection, and strategic dialogue.
Sessions are typically held in person and hosted by member organizations, creating opportunities for both meaningful discussion and insight into different business environments.
Chief Information Officer Council (CIOC)
Specifically curated for CIOs, offering a forum to discuss IT challenges, technological advancements, and best practices.
Meeting Schedule
The Chief Information Officer Council meets regularly throughout the year (typically six sessions annually), with sessions hosted by member organizations.
Each meeting focuses on technology leadership, innovation, and organizational impact, providing CIOs with a trusted environment to explore topics such as AI, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and change management.
Marketing Executive Roundtable (MER)
Catering to Marketing Leaders, fostering a dynamic space for sharing industry trends and innovative marketing strategies.
Meeting Schedule
The Marketing Executive Roundtable meets bi-monthly (six times per year) for 90-minute sessions hosted by member organizations.
Each session is member-driven, focusing on timely marketing topics, emerging trends, and real-world challenges. The rotating host model provides participants with the opportunity to gain insight into different organizations while building strong peer connections.
Chief Strategy Officer Council (CSOC)
Geared towards COOs and CSOs, providing a collaborative environment to delve into strategic planning and execution.
Meeting Schedule
The Chief Strategy Officer Council meets twice per year for immersive, in-person retreats (spring and fall), each spanning approximately 1.5 days.
These sessions provide senior strategy leaders with the time and space to engage in deep strategic dialogue, peer advisory, and forward-looking discussions. Each retreat is hosted by a member organization and includes shared meals and extended conversation to strengthen relationships and insight.

ChangeMakers Collective (CMC)
A dedicated space for non-profit executives, facilitating discussions on impactful change and collective progress.
Meeting Schedule
The ChangeMakers Collective meets nine times per year in small, facilitated cohorts of nonprofit executive leaders.
Sessions are designed to provide a consistent rhythm of connection, reflection, and peer advisory, allowing leaders to engage in meaningful dialogue around the unique challenges and opportunities within the nonprofit sector. The experience culminates annually in a Day of Collective Wisdom, bringing all cohorts together.
